Warehouse416 has a work space in the back of our gallery for rent. We are interested in finding someone who compliments our space. The building is family owned and the common space of our indoor courtyard and driveway is where we have our gallery, showcasing visual art by local outsider and emerging artists with a unique and edgy style.

The office is designed to look like a storefront inside our indoor courtyard. Because the window is so prominent in the gallery, we would like the tenant to be excited about using it to promote their business and that their business is complimentary to our gallery.

We participate in First Fridays from 6-10pm and Saturday Strolls 1-5. Tenants in our space all benefit from these events, including our current tenant Snarky McF Buttons. He sells pin-back buttons, t-shirts, and hoodies and does great business every first Friday.

We have an office space available in our unique, skylight, brick-walled, visually attractive and well managed warehouse space next to downtown Oakland. The room is a two level unit complete with air conditioning/heating, sufficient natural light provided by two large skylights and a balcony that looks out onto indoor courtyard. The room was recently constructed, complete with new carpets, fresh painted walls, and an abundance of plugs, phone, and Ethernet jacks. Tenants would have access to shared conference room, 809 Sq ft, located below the unit, for meetings and presentations. Conference room is complete with many chairs, tables, and a flat screen TV for presentations. Tenants will also have access to use of courtyard for daily needs. Courtyard is 1,000 Sq Ft. and rented no more than 4 times a month for small, low impact events. It is available for tenants to rent at a discount for this purpose.
