Our 2500 square foot warehouse space was designed to host a variety of events, from seminars and workshops to parties and receptions. The raw brick and redwood interior with copper skylights provide a warm, comfortable, inspiring atmosphere where you can feel at home. The large, open floor plan is customizable to suit your needs.

PrIvate events only
Sound minimized at 10pm
Party must stay inside building
All events must end by midnight
No Alcohol Sales
No charging at the door - we do work with Non-Profit Fundraisers
