Our 2500 square foot warehouse space was designed to host a variety of events, from seminars and workshops to parties and receptions. The raw brick and redwood interior with copper skylights provide a warm, comfortable, inspiring atmosphere where you can feel at home. The large, open floor plan is customizable to suit your needs.

Rental Policy

To hold the date you request, we require a $250 deposit. The remaining balance is due in full, 7 days before your event.

We require all rental clients to obtain liability insurance at least 2 weeks prior to a scheduled event. We're happy to provide you with more information regarding insurance upon request.
